The living room
On the ground floor, the high ceilings give space to the premises.
The kitchen is open to the living room with its bar. Ideal for concocting delicious dishes while sipping a glass of wine with the other guests. The bay windows and large windows let in light from early morning until evening. We saw the snow-capped mountains in winter or the green flowery meadows in summer.
The space extends over more than 60m², to which you can add the incredible loggia terrace of 18m² with breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range.

Cocooning space by the fire
In the living room, you can rest on the large sofas, curled up in a soft blanket and read a book or enjoy the panorama available to you, all accompanied by the crackling and the heat of the chimney.
